What is the maximum capacity?

Our maximum capacity is 150 guests. This setup includes 14 round tables with 10 chairs each, one 8-foot rectangular table with 10 chairs, and approximately 75 parking spaces.

Events may begin as early as 9:00 AM. Sunday–Thursday events must end by 10:00 PM. Friday and Saturday events must end by 12:00 Midnight.

Yes, outside catering is allowed. All caterers must be licensed, insured, and must sign a contract with us acknowledging and agreeing to follow all venue rules. No pot lucks. 

Yes, you may bring your own vendors. However, the bartender is provided by the venue. Under specific circumstances a private Bartender can be provided by the clients.

Women’s restroom: 3 stalls and a changing table. Men’s restroom: 2 stalls, 2 urinals, and a changing table.

We have a large, fenced, and secured grass area with a spacious patio and string lighting. It is ideal for outdoor cooking and gatherings.

Yes, we offer all-inclusive packages. We will gather your event details to provide an accurate custom quote.

Yes, tours are encouraged. During the tour we will review your vision, budget, and contract.

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve your date. This amount will be applied toward your total balance once paid in full.

You may have a DJ or a live band or plug into a Bluetooth speaker.

Cigarette smoking and vaping are permitted outside only. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

We specialize in hosting birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, weddings, and Celebrations of Life.
We offer customized décor based on your event’s color scheme and theme. For Celebrations of Life, we provide a full setup prior to arrival. For private parties, early décor drop-off is allowed. We also offer an Elegant Package that includes full setup, linens, and coordinated décor.
