1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://orangecrestclub.com (the “Website”) and any venue services, silent hosting services, estimates, bookings, communications, or transactions offered by The Orangecrest Club (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, scheduling services, submitting inquiries, booking events, or otherwise engaging with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services or Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
The Company provides private venue rental services and Silent Host event coordination services, including in-venue hosting and off-site coordination support.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons at our sole discretion.
Descriptions of services, packages, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Any estimates provided are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Final pricing may vary based on:
Scope of event
Guest count
Additional requested services
Vendor requirements
Changes initiated by the customer
A deposit may be required to secure an event date. Event dates are not reserved until a signed agreement and required deposit are received.
The Company reserves the right to require deposits, retainers, or full payment prior to service performance.
Failure to make timely payment may result in:
Cancellation of the event
Forfeiture of deposit
Late fees
Collection action as permitted by law
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in individual event agreements.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s discretion and may be subject to availability and additional fees.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with venue policies and safety requirements
Ensure all vendors are properly licensed and insured where required
Follow all local, state, and federal laws during your event
Adhere to occupancy limits and event end times
Clients are responsible for removing personal items, décor, gifts, and valuables following their event.
The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Website for unlawful purposes
Exceed venue capacity limits
Bring prohibited substances or materials onto the property
Interfere with security features
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload malicious code
Misrepresent your identity
Violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements, is the property of The Orangecrest Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from the Company, including service-related messages and, where applicable, marketing communications.
SMS communications are governed by our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to SMS messages.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Orangecrest Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

Venue services
Event coordination services
Delays or interruptions
Acts or omissions of third-party vendors
Guest conduct
Force majeure events
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
Where limitations are restricted by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
The Company disclaims all warranties including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of information
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Indemnification

Your guests’ conduct

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms is at your own risk.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Government orders
Public health emergencies
Labor disputes
Utility outages
Supply chain disruptions
15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written event agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Orangecrest Club regarding use of the Website and services.
